Very low-cal take on something I saw done in the film "V for Vendetta." Yummy!
| 30 | g bread, wheat |
| 1 | large egg |
| 1 | tsp Margarine, Canola Harvest, Non-Hydrogenated |
- Melt margarine in small pan over medium heat. Add one whole egg. Allow the bottom of the egg to cook slightly then lay the slice of bread on top (while the top of the egg is runny so it adheres to the bread.)
- Cook for another minute or until desired doneness of egg. Flip over and grill the bread for another minute, or until desired toastiness.
- Serve and enjoy!
