Honey and Mustard Chicken Gi Jane Recipe

Simple baked chicken with a honey/mustard marinade

Ingredients
6 oz chicken (2 or 3 thighs)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
1 oz brown rice
4 oz broccoli
4 oz green beans
Directions
  1. Score the chicken thighs with a sharp knife. Combine the honey, mustard and soy sauce and use to coat the chicken. Set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200C Gas 7

  2. Bake the chicken thighs for 30 - 40 minutes and serve with the cooked brown rice and steamed vegetables.
