Asian Beef Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Asian Beef and rice topped with sesame seeds.

Ingredients
1 lbs top sirloin steak
2 cups snow peas, broken into pieces
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion
1 tsp canola oil
1 clove of garlic, diced
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
  1. Slice beef into half-inch strips.

  2. Chop green onion; core, seed and chop bell pepper; mince garlic, set aside.

  3. Wash and trim snow peas, set aside.

  4. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil on low-medium heat and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes, until golden.

  5. Raise heat to medium and add beef; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

  6. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce and stir-fry about 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender, but still crisp.

  7. Serve over rice and with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
