Asian Beef and rice topped with sesame seeds.
| 1 | lbs top sirloin steak |
| 2 | cups snow peas, broken into pieces |
| 1 | bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | green onion |
| 1 | tsp canola oil |
| 1 | clove of garlic, diced |
| 4 | tbsp teriyaki sauce |
| 1 | tbsp sesame seeds |
- Slice beef into half-inch strips.
- Chop green onion; core, seed and chop bell pepper; mince garlic, set aside.
- Wash and trim snow peas, set aside.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat oil on low-medium heat and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes, until golden.
- Raise heat to medium and add beef; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce and stir-fry about 5-6 minutes, until vegetables are tender, but still crisp.
- Serve over rice and with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
