Low Calorie & Low sodium Chicken Soup

Good for supper and dinner

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
115 oz chicken broth
45 oz water
5 oz carrot
3 cups of chopped potato
5 oz onion
2 tbs garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ginger
2 cups egg noodles
Directions
  1. Add water and Low sodium chicken broth, boil chicken add to the broth, add onion, vegetables and spices,and simmer for 1 hour then add the noodles and simmer 15 more min. and serv.
