Quick Chicken breast recipe in the crockpot.
| 2 | lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless |
| 1 | cup yellow onion |
| 1 | cup water |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 2 | tsp pepper (garlic) |
| 2 | tsp paprika |
- Dice onion, add to bottom of crockpot.
- Add raw chicken on top of onion.
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic, pepper, and paprika.
- Add oil at edges of chicken so spices do not run off.
- Add water at edges of chicken so spices do not run off.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours in crockpot.
