Broiled shrimp over Pasta
| 8 | tbsp butter |
| 3 | cloves garlic |
| 6 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | lb shrimp |
| 8 | oz angel hair pasta |
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in frying pan.
- Add garlic and saute til golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 Tbsp lemon juice.
- Add shrimp (deveined, peeled, and butterflyed) and toss to coat.
- Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan, arrange in single layer.
- Broil 3-4 minutes, turn and broil another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve over pasta mixed with remaining butter and lemon juice
