Sunflower Wafers Recipe

from 'Glad To Be Vegan' by Tricia Frances

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp water
Directions
  1. Grind seeds finely and process with raisins.

  2. Add just enough water to make a thick dough.

  3. Break off small pieces about 1 1/2 inches and press into round flat wafers.

  4. Place on a cooling tray covered with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for several hours til dry and crisp.

  5. Serve with dips or as a dessert.
