| 1 | cup sunflower seeds |
| 1/4 | cup raisins |
| 2 | tbsp water |
- Grind seeds finely and process with raisins.
- Add just enough water to make a thick dough.
- Break off small pieces about 1 1/2 inches and press into round flat wafers.
- Place on a cooling tray covered with a tea towel and leave in a warm place for several hours til dry and crisp.
- Serve with dips or as a dessert.
