This is a low fat, bean free chili with lots of garlic.
| 1 | tbsp chili powder |
| 5 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | Taco Seasoning |
| 1 | tbsp oregano |
| 1/2 | lb ground turkey |
| 8 | oz stewed tomatoes |
| 4 | tbsp tomato paste |
| 1 | cup celery, diced |
| 1 | cup onion, diced |
| 4 | tbsp butter |
| 8 | oz chicken broth |
- Brown turkey, season to taste, set aside
- Saute celery and onion with butter - about 5 minutes
- add in garlic
- stir in all powder ingredients until bubbly
- slowly stir in chicken broth
- bring to a slow boil
- add in remaining ingredients including cooked turkey
- let simmer for at least 2 hours
