red bean dumpling

Ingredients
2 cups red beans
2 cups of rice flour
2 cup of sugar
Directions
  1. Soak red beans and water. It is better if you add baking soda, but it's optional.

  2. Drain water.

  3. Add clean water and boil until red bean becomes soft

  4. Drain water

  5. Add 1 cup of sugar

  6. Crush beans and mix well.

  7. Add rice flour and 1 cup of sugar.

  8. Add 1 cup of warm water.

  9. Knead.

  10. When beans are cooled, put bean inside the flour ball.

  11. Steam it.
