Pat's Mexican Chicken Soup Ei Recipe

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
4 c. water
6 oz. Cheese (8 oz Cheez Whiz)
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c tomatoes (1 can Rotell)
1 Tortilla chips
Directions
Steam chicken breasts, vegetables in water until very tender (best in a pressure cooker) with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add cheese and soups. Heat until well blended and steaming. Serve with tortilla chips.
