Hash browns with red pepper, onion, and mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 onion, diced
1/2 boiled potato, diced
1 tablespoon Peppers, Sweet, Red Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt, diced
1 mushrooms, sliced
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat up oil in pan.

  2. Add onion and sautee.

  3. Then add potato, red peppers, mushrooms.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Stir until browned.
