Chicken thighs coated in a yummy cereal
| 1 | pound chicken thighs |
| 2 | tbsp grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | cup Maple Pecan Crunch, crushed (Post cereal) |
| 1 | egg white |
- Separate egg white into a bowl.
- In another bowl mix crushed cereal with parmesan cheese, I added a sprinkle of Zatarains but season to taste if you like.
- Coat thighs on both sides in egg white then drege through cereal mixture. Add extra with your hands pack it on and lay in pan. Sprinkle remaining cereal mix over chicken
- Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.1
