| 2 1/2 | cups flour, whole wheat |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | cup oatmeal |
| 3/4 | cup splenda |
| 1/3 | cup applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup egg substitute |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 1 1/2 | cups blueberries |
- Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Stir wet into dry until just moistened. Fold in the fruit.
- Divide between 24 greased, muffin pans. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
