| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | cup wheat bran |
| 1/4 | package yeast |
| 1/2 | teaspoons sugar |

- let yeast rise in warm water. add salt, sugar, flour, bran, mix. add oil and mix.
- let rise.
