| 1 1/2 | lb. ground beef, 75/25, browned, drained |
| 2 | medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly |
| 14 1/2 | oz diced tomatoes |
| 15 1/4 | oz corn, drained |
| 15 | oz peas, drained |
| 14 1/2 | oz sliced carrots, drained |
| 14 1/2 | oz green beans, drained |
| 16 | oz tomato sauce |
| 2 | oz. shredded cheddar cheese |
Layer each ingredient in crock pot, starting with ground beef and ending with tomato sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours. Place cheddar cheese on top at end of cooking time until melted.Categories
