Tasty, garlicky spread to use as a veggie dip. Like a mild and creamy version of hummous.

Ingredients

ounces Great Northern beans, canned |
| 4 |
ounces feta |
| 2 1/2 |
cups fat-free yogurt, plain |
| 1 |
clove garlic |
| 1 |
tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Cut feta into blocks.
- Place beans, feta, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add yogurt and mix until blended.
- Pour into bowl and mix in lemon juice.
- Serve with crackers, pita, or veggies.
