| 1/2 | pita , whole wheat |
| 1/4 | can tuna in water, light |
| 2 | tbsp onion, chopped |
| 2 | tbsp dill pickle, chopped |
| 1/4 | tbsp mayo, kraft |
- mix everything and stuff in pita
- pita is less cal's than recipe says but could not find the right one to put in a 1 whole, whole wheat pita is only 64 cal's. so 1/2 would be 32 cal's
