pita for lunch

Ingredients
1/2 pita , whole wheat
1/4 can tuna in water, light
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp dill pickle, chopped
1/4 tbsp mayo, kraft
Directions
  1. mix everything and stuff in pita

  2. pita is less cal's than recipe says but could not find the right one to put in a 1 whole, whole wheat pita is only 64 cal's. so 1/2 would be 32 cal's
