Wholesome Banana Bread
| 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | cup banana, mashed |
| 1 3/4 | cup wheat flour, whole grain |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | cup water |
- In large bowl, beat applesauce and honey
- Add eggs, mix well
- stir in bananas and vanilla
- stir in flour and salt
- add baking soda to hot water and stir to mix
- add to batter
- blend in 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- spread into 9x5 bread pan
- bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes until done!
