Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe

Wholesome Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup banana, mashed
1 3/4 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water
Directions
  1. In large bowl, beat applesauce and honey

  2. Add eggs, mix well

  3. stir in bananas and vanilla

  4. stir in flour and salt

  5. add baking soda to hot water and stir to mix

  6. add to batter

  7. blend in 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

  8. spread into 9x5 bread pan

  9. bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes until done!
