Florentine Artichoke Dip Recipe

This hot dish is a true appetizer--it leaves you wanting more.

Ingredients
10 ounce frozen chopped spinach
13 ounce artichoke, canned, drained
1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbs butter
Directions
  1. Thaw spinach and drain; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  2. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish.

  4. Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over spinach mixture.

  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers, chips, or baguette.
