| 10 | ounce frozen chopped spinach |
| 13 | ounce artichoke, canned, drained |
| 1 1/2 | (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
| 1 | cup shredded Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 | cup mayonnaise |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| 2 | tbs lemon juice |
| 1/2 | cup Breadcrumbs |
| 2 | tbs butter |
- Thaw spinach and drain; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11"x7" baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over spinach mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers, chips, or baguette.
