tsp nutmeg |

medium granny smith apples |

oz vegetable broth |
| 1/2 |
cup cream cheese |

cups diced butternut squash |
Directions
- Melt butter
- Add onion stir, 4 min.
- Add nutmeg, 1 min
- Add squash, apples and broth, stir
- Bring to boil
- Reduce heat to low, cover
- Simmer 50 min or until squash is tender
- Cool Slightly
- Add batches to blender
- Return to saucepan
- Spoon into bowls with 1 tbsp cream cheese
