blueberry muffins made with whole wheat flour and very low fat

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup skim milk |
| 1/4 |
cup applesauce |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon vanilla |
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 2 |
cups whole-wheat flour |
| 1/3 |
cup sugar |
| 3 |
teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
cup blueberries |
Directions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- mix liquid ingredients
- add in dry ingredients, mix to moisten
- fold in blueberries
- pour/spoon into muffin tin
- bake 20-25 minutes
- transfer to wire rack to cool
