Mediterranean salad.

Ingredients
1/2 cup bulgur wheat
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
Directions
Place all ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly, refrigerate 24 hours.
