Thick and tasty soup made in the crock pot thats easy to make and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 |
pounds lean beef, cut into bite-sized pieces |
| 30 |
ounces diced tomatoes, drained (2 cans) |
| 1 |
medium onion, chopped |
| 2 |
cans beef broth, 14 ounces each |
| 1/3 |
cup Barley |
| 1/3 |
cup frozen corn |
| 1/2 |
cup carrots, chopped |
| 3/4 |
cup green beans, fresh or frozen |
| 2 |
cups water |
| 1/2 |
tsp dried italian seasoning |
| 1/4 |
tsp garlic powder |
| 1/4 |
tsp pepper |
| 1/4 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- Trim fat from beef if necessary. Combine all ingredients in a 5.5 quart (or larger) slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, or high for 4 - 5 hours, or until vegetables and barley are tender.
