Greek gyros from meals matter. 15-30 minutes prep. time!

Ingredients
1 pound Extra lean ground beef
3/4 cup Plain yogurt
1/4 cup Cucumber
1/2 tsp Dill weed
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 medium onions,
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Dried oregano, crushed
6 Whole wheat pita
1 small tomato
Directions
  1. marinate beef in oil, lemon juice and oregano

  2. combine yogurt, cucumber, dill cover and refridgerate

  3. brown beef and reserve

  4. brown onion in drippings

  5. drain add beef and garlic pwder and oregano

  6. cook 4 min.

  7. stuff pitas

  8. top with yogurt sauce
