Fruity and picante makes 8 cups; serving size is 1/2 cup

Ingredients
5 cups mangoes, peeled and finely chopped
1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup vinegar, cider
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pepper, habanero, minced; more if you dare
Directions
Mix ingredients and chill 2 hours
