This is a very quick recipe that is a simple way to enjoy a tin of mackerel without trying to hard.

Ingredients
88 grams of mackerel
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
  1. Put wheat germ and sunflower seeds in a bowl

  2. Strain the mackerel and add to the other ingredients.

  3. Flake the fish and coat with the wheat germ and sunflower seeds with the moisture still in the fish
