Banana Smoothie Recipe

Creamy Banana smoothie The wheat germ provides an excellent texture for this recipe. Prepared in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients
1 banana
1 Apple
1 c Vanilla Yogurt
2 tbsp Wheat Germ
1 1/2 c ice
Directions
  1. Peel banana and remove strings.

  2. Wash/slice/de-core apple. Big chunks are fine

  3. In this order, add to blender: Ice, Yogurt, Fruit. Blend, then add wheat germ and sugar if desired. Milk can be substituted instead of yogurt. Blend until smooth.

  4. Substitute pear for apple or mix 1/2 apple 1/2 pear for variation.
