Creamy Banana smoothie The wheat germ provides an excellent texture for this recipe. Prepared in under 5 minutes.
| 1 | banana |
| 1 | Apple |
| 1 | c Vanilla Yogurt |
| 2 | tbsp Wheat Germ |
| 1 1/2 | c ice |
- Peel banana and remove strings.
- Wash/slice/de-core apple. Big chunks are fine
- In this order, add to blender: Ice, Yogurt, Fruit. Blend, then add wheat germ and sugar if desired. Milk can be substituted instead of yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Substitute pear for apple or mix 1/2 apple 1/2 pear for variation.
