| 2 | cups noodles |
| 2 1/2 | cups fat free milk |
| 2 | cups frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1/4 | cup whole grain flour |
| 12 | ounces tuna |
| 1 | cup shredded cheese |
- Cook veggies until thawed, add flour and milk. Boil then simmer 10 min.
- Cook noodles.
- Add all ingredients together in a baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
