Granary Mix and Seed Rolls Recipe

yummy bread rolls deliscious with soups

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups strong white flour
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup brown flour
400 ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 fl oz vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon milk
Directions
Follow your bread machine recipe book. when dough is ready place on a floured surface knead and weigh out 2 oz pieces it should make 16 rolls, place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet and cover to allow the dough to rise approximately 15 minutes and then cook in the middle of a pre heated oven gas mark 7 for 15 minutes.
