| 1 | cup wholewheat flour |
| 1 | cup brown flour |
| 400 | ml water |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | fl oz vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon sugar |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon yeast |
| 1 | tablespoon pumpkin seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon sunflower seeds |
| 2 | tablespoon poppy seed |
| 1 | tablespoon milk |
Follow your bread machine recipe book. when dough is ready place on a floured surface knead and weigh out 2 oz pieces it should make 16 rolls, place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet and cover to allow the dough to rise approximately 15 minutes and then cook in the middle of a pre heated oven gas mark 7 for 15 minutes.Categories
