Tomato Barley Stew Recipe

Tomato barley stew, nice flavor

Ingredients
1 medium onion
2 carrots
1 zucchini
1 boiled potato
1/4 c. barley
6 tomatoes
1/3 c. sun dried tomatoes
8 oz. mushrooms
10 stalks celery
1 c. water
Directions
  1. Juice celery (~1 c)

  2. Heat celery juice and water.

  3. add chopped onion, carrot, zucchini and potato

  4. Simmer 1 hour, then bland until smooth.

  5. Pour back in pot, add barley, chopped tomato, and sliced mushroom. Simmer 45 minutes.

  6. Yummy
