| 1 1/2 | cups mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | cup basil |
| 4 | cloves garlic |
| 1/2 | cups mayonaise |
| 1/2 | cups parmesan cheese |
| 6 | plum tomatoes |
- mix 1cup mozzarella, parm cheese, choped basil, mayonaise and garlic set aside.
- deseed and chop tomatoes
- bake crust @450 for 8 min covered, uncover and bake an additional 5 min. reduce oven temp tp 375.
- put .5 cups of mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the warm pie crust. put the tomatoes in the bottom of the crust. Fill crust with with basil cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 min @ 375
