| 4 | pork chops |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried thyme |
| 1/2 | cup apple jelly |
| 1 | tablespoon mustard, Dijon |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons butter |
- Sprinkle pork chops with thyme. salt and pepper.
- In a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork chops until golden and just cooked through.
- Remove chops from the pan and set aside.
- Add the apple jelly and stir to melt and deglaze the skillet.
- Add the Dijon mustard and butter and cook until just bubbling, thickened and glossy (don't overcook).
- Return pork chops to pan and coat with the sauce.
- Remaining sauce can be poured over pork chops or served on the side.
