Apple-Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
4 pork chops
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup apple jelly
1 tablespoon mustard, Dijon
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
Directions
  1. Sprinkle pork chops with thyme. salt and pepper.

  2. In a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, cook pork chops until golden and just cooked through.

  3. Remove chops from the pan and set aside.

  4. Add the apple jelly and stir to melt and deglaze the skillet.

  5. Add the Dijon mustard and butter and cook until just bubbling, thickened and glossy (don't overcook).

  6. Return pork chops to pan and coat with the sauce.

  7. Remaining sauce can be poured over pork chops or served on the side.
