Homemade Rice Pudding Recipe

Homemade American style rice pudding.

Ingredients
1 cup rice
2 cups water
4 cups skim milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Cook rice in water as usual. Add milk and sugar then cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until creamy. Finish with vanilla. Put in individual serving dishes or a large bowl. COver tightly with wrap (touching surface) to prevent skin forming. Serve warm or cold.
