Veggie Bean Soup Recipe

This soup is simple yet nutritious

Ingredients
30 grams red beans
50 grams cassava
30 grams celeriac
10 grams corn
10 grams bell pepper
10 grams peas
30 grams carrots
Directions
  1. Bring two cups water to a boil

  2. Add read beans, chopped cassava, celeriac, bell pepper and carrots

  3. Let ingredients simmer for 2 hours, then add corn and peas

  4. Let it all simmer for 15 more minutes, and serve
