Cantaloupe melon is super-rich in betacarotene, an antioxidant linked to a reduced risk of cancer and heart disease. Strawberries and lime juice are super-rich in vitamin C, another powerful antioxidant with proven health benefits.

Ingredients
76 g lime juice (plus zest from 2 limes)
2 tbsp honey (acacia)
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 cantaloupe, halved and seeded
350 g strawberries, hulled and halved
4 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into 1/2" pieces
125 g seedless grapes
Directions
  1. Whisk lime juice and zest, honey, and mint in a large bowl to blend.

  2. Using melon baller or spoon, scoop out cantaloupe.

  3. Add all the fruit to the honey syrup in the bowl. Toss to combine. Let it stand for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to blend. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.
