Add wheat bran for more fiber

Ingredients
151 g broccoli, boiled
72 g carrot, boiled
94 g onion, diced, boiled
64 g celery, diced, boiled
1 2/3 cup tomato
1 yellow zucchini
500 ml water
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 stock cubes, chicken
Directions
  1. cooked all ingredients together for 40 min.

  2. Blend half of the ingredients to thicken soup.
