Upside Down Fettucini Bake Recipe

A new take on an old dish.

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
16 ounces tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic
18 oz pasta
Directions
  1. Brown meat in 10" oven-proof skillet. Drain.

  2. Add onion to meat, cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes and oregano and bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mozerella, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over tomato mixture.

  4. Toss noodles with comibine remaining ingredients. Spread noodle mixture over parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Invert on serving platter and cut into wedges.
