A new take on an old dish.
| 1/2 | pound ground beef |
| 1/4 | cup onion, chopped |
| 16 | ounces tomatoes |
| 1 | tsp oregano |
| 1/2 | cup mozzarella |
| 1/4 | cup parmesan |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 2 | tbsp parsley |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 18 | oz pasta |
- Brown meat in 10" oven-proof skillet. Drain.
- Add onion to meat, cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes and oregano and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mozerella, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over tomato mixture.
- Toss noodles with comibine remaining ingredients. Spread noodle mixture over parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Invert on serving platter and cut into wedges.
