Salsa Chicken Soup Recipe

a high protein soup that adds some spice -- creates six cups, one cup per serving. i recommend using green salsa

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
16 ounce of salsa
4 cans chicken broth
6 ounce chicken
Directions
  1. use pam spray and saute the onion and garlic in a pan

  2. grill or pan sear chicken

  3. shred chicken into pieces

  4. add all ingredients into pot and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
