a high protein soup that adds some spice -- creates six cups, one cup per serving. i recommend using green salsa
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 1/2 | onion |
| 16 | ounce of salsa |
| 4 | cans chicken broth |
| 6 | ounce chicken |
- use pam spray and saute the onion and garlic in a pan
- grill or pan sear chicken
- shred chicken into pieces
- add all ingredients into pot and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
