Marinate & Grill Chicken Recipe

Makes 4 servings


serve with salsa and a little melted Mexican cheese

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. In a large baking dish, arrange chicken in a single layer

  2. Add lime juice, oil and salt

  3. Turn chicken several times to coat

  4. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour

  5. Grill chicken 3 or 4 minutes per side until no longer pink or 170 degrees internal temperature

  6. Remove from heat

  7. Slice into strips

  8. Serve with salsa & cheese
