| 1 | avocado |
| 1/2 | cup fat free yogurt |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 3 | tbsps lime juice |
Mash up 1 avocado, and add yogurt and water to it. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste. Top off with tomato and fresh cilantro for garnish.Categories
