| 2/3 | cup sugar |
| 1 1/4 | cups milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 90 | g applesauce |
| 1/4 | cup lemon juice |
| 1 | t lemon rind |
- Sift dry ingredients, except 1/4 cup sugar
- Mix together liquid ingredients, except lemon juice
- Stir liquid into dry
- pour into muffin tin
- Bake 10min at 180'C
- Mix lemon juice and sugar to make a syrup
- Pour syrup over cooked muffins
