| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 1 | green pepper, diced |
| 1 | onion, diced |
| 4 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | cups tomato sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp oregano |
| 1/2 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/8 | tsp whole cloves |
| 1 | cup olives, green |
| 1/2 | cup raisins |
- Add olive oil to pan and saute pepper, onion, and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and brown
- Add sauce and spices
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes
- Add olives and raisins and cook for 5-10 minutes more until raisins are plump
