Double Crunch Granola Raisin Bars Recipe

Ingredients
200 g margarine
200 g sugar
200 g honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
150 g wheat bran
100 g walnuts
100 g raisins
450 g quaker oats
Directions
  1. melt margarine together with sugar, honey and vanilla essence. Add raisins, walnuts and bran. Remove from fire add quaker oats.

  2. Press into lined and oiled 30 x 40 cm pan. cook in moderate oven for aprox 10 min. when cold cut into 3 x 10 cm bars
