| 1/2 | c whole wheat flour |
| 2 | t baking powder |
| 1/4 | t baking soda |
| 1 | egg |
| 5 | figs, fresh,small |
| 2 | t pecans, chopped |
| 1 | T peanut oil |
| 1 | c buttermilk |
| 1/4 | c sugar free syrup |
| 1/4 | c syrup,light |
- Mix dry ingredients together. Liquefy eggs-buttermilk in blender, and addto dry ingredients. Stir until just blended.
- Drop 1/3 c on hot griddle.
- combine syrups. Serve on hot pancakes.
