Moist, tender, "fried" chicken with a twist
| 0.58 | chicken breast, skinless, boneless |
| 2 | tablespoons Panko bread crumbs |
| 1 | tablespoon egg white |
| 1/4 | teaspoon garlic |
| 1/4 | teaspoon lemon pepper |
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Add bread crumbs, garlic, and lemon pepper to a shaker bag. Dip thawed chicken breasts into egg white (or egg substitute). Shake chicken in bread crumbs. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min. on one side. Turn over and bake an additional 15 min. or until no longer pink inside.
