Moist, tender, "fried" chicken with a twist

Ingredients
0.58 chicken breast, skinless, boneless
2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon egg white
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Add bread crumbs, garlic, and lemon pepper to a shaker bag. Dip thawed chicken breasts into egg white (or egg substitute). Shake chicken in bread crumbs. Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet.

  3. Bake 15 min. on one side. Turn over and bake an additional 15 min. or until no longer pink inside.
