| 3/4 | cup butter |
| 1 | cup granulated sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | cup molasses |
| 2 1/2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 | tsp baking soda |
| 2 | tsp ginger |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | cup granulated sugar |
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Mix in molasses.
- Stir flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt together and add. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Roll in sugar and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
