Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry
| 1 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | jalapeno pepper, chopped |
| 1 | serrano pepper, diced |
| 4 | cloves garlic, crushed and then minced |
| 1 | tblsp olive oil |
| 1 | tblsp corn starch |
| 1 | tblsp soy sauce |
| 2 | tblsp water |
| 1/4 | tsp red pepper, crushed |
- Thaw shrimp if they are frozen and soak shiitake mushrooms if they are dried. Let sit for 30 mins
- Mix water, mirin, corn starch, soy sauce and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
- Add jalapeno and serrano peppers to heated wok with olive oil. Cook about a minute.
- Add noodles to boiling water and let cook about 3 minutes. When done strain and rinse with cool water.
- Add green peppers and shiitake mushrooms to wok. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add water mixture and remove wok from heat while stirring.
- Add noodles, mix and serve.
