Southern Style Cheese and Eggs.

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup half and half
2 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 vidalia onion
Directions
  1. Cut up onion

  2. Spray pan with Pam, preheat

  3. add onions to pan.

  4. soften onions

  5. grate cheese

  6. whisk eggs and half and half

  7. add eggs and half and half to hot pan

  8. immediately add grated cheese

  9. fold until cooked to desired consistency
