| 2 | cups heavy cream |
| 1 | pound penne pasta |
| 2 | oz parmesan cheese |
| 1 | pepper |
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in large pot
- Simmer cream in 12 inch skillet over medium heat until it has thickened slightly and measures roughly 1 1/2 c, about 8 minutes. Cover and keep warm off of heat.
- Drain penne and add cream to penne.
