Penne Alfredo Recipe

Penne Alfredo

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound penne pasta
2 oz parmesan cheese
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in large pot

  2. Simmer cream in 12 inch skillet over medium heat until it has thickened slightly and measures roughly 1 1/2 c, about 8 minutes. Cover and keep warm off of heat.

  3. Drain penne and add cream to penne.
