Sausage Potato Casserole Recipe

Quick and Easy Casserole

Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
1 lb bulk sausage
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup 2% milk
8 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Dice and boil potatoes in salted water.

  2. Drain off water. Let potatoes cool and pour into 10x13 pan.

  3. While potatoes are cooking, brown 1lb sausage in frying pan with onion and bell pepper.

  4. Once sausage is cooked add cream of celery soup and milk. Mix well. Pour over potato mixture.

  5. Cover with cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
